This service is perfect if you have already found a property of interest, or you would like to conduct your own search to locate suitable properties.
Service includes:

Fees
All fees are a fixed amount and agreed in writing from the start, the fee will depend on the service package you engage.
An initial retainer is required and will be deducted from your final invoice at the conclusion of the transaction.
